The house of BUBEN&ZORWEG has mesmerized lovers of timepieces with masterpieces of craftsmanship for years, with every unit bearing its own exclusive character. This time, Aston Martin has asked the house of BUBEN&ZORWEG to create a strictly limited “OBJECT OF TIME” celebrating the launch of Aston Martin’s definitive sports car, the One-77. The result of this collaboration between the two firms will be an OBJECT OF TIME that will bear the title BUBEN&ZORWEG for ASTON MARTIN.
The limited edition dedicated to the One-77 has been designed to challenge the perception of the role and function of the timepiece in the same way as the luxury sports car. We are approaching this project with the same uncompromising attitude as Aston Martin Our OBJECT OF TIME “One-77” will also be unusual and unique, and will set new standards with regard to design, perfect craftsmanship and visionary innovation.During the Baselworld 2011, BUBEN&ZORWEG will present the initial design study of the project. The OBJECT OF TIME will include a mechanical timepiece, a safe, a collection of TIME MOVER watch winders and an amazing sound system, all of which will be designed in high-quality materials. Only 77 pieces will be ever made. The final product will be revealed at the Baselworld.
