Audi R8 GT Spyder officially unveiled at Le Mans

Audi has officially unveiled the R8 GT Spyder at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Essentially a lightweight model, the Spyder features a unique appearance with a carbon fiber front spoiler, a carbon fiber rear wing and a carbon fiber rear diffuser. Other highlights include a reduced ride height (which is 10mm lower than the standard R8 Spyder 5.2), titanium gray accents and tinted LED taillights.
Inside, the cabin is outfitted with Alcantara upholstery, carbon fiber trim and sport seats that weigh 31.5 kg (69 lbs) less than the standard seats.
Power comes from a 5.2-liter V10 engine that produces 560 PS (412 kW / 552 hp) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to a six-speed R tronic transmission which enables the 1,640 kg (3,616 lb) roadster to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and hit a top speed of 317 km/h (197 mph).
Production will be limited to 333 units and German pricing starts at €207,800.
